Pre-staging
Most of the networking products we sell have advanced managed features. The pre-staging and configuration services we offer aim to complete product configuration tasks and verify correct operation before delivery.
We ensure you receive fully functioning products and solutions when requested to perform pre-staging activities. Additionally, this process also helps you to reduce the actual installation time on site thus reducing logistics costs in the supply chain.

Teroline supports mission critical and time critical businesses by delivering 24 hours a day, 5 days a week (24x5), and 24 hours a day, 7 days week (24x7) support services to its Business PRO customers. Next Business Day Advanced Hardware Replacement (NBD AHR)
With our NBD AHR service, we help you to handle hardware failures quickly and reliably. Provided the eligibility is confirmed by Teroline before 16.00 p.m, an advance replacement will be arranged for next business day delivery.
